Balloons

Kid’s favorite and most especially my niece Ella’s favorite. When she was younger, she doesn’t want only one balloon but M-A-N-Y. In my childhood years, we could only have a balloon during town fiesta. Balloons on stick is not yet introduced then so we have helium balloons that we tie in our wrists so it won’t fly. Seems I have that fixation over balloons because it was not satisfied then that’s why when I see balloons these days, I can’t help but say “wow!”. Would you believe I am dreaming to celebrate my birthday with lotsa balloons in different colors? I would really do that on my next birthday and if that happens, it would be my first time to celebrate a birthday with balloons.Â

Beautiful photo. I’ve always been afraid of balloons. My brother used to pop them in my face. I hope you get your birthday with balloons though and that it is even better than you anticipate.

I love balloons! My son used to love to run around the park with balloons tied to his wrist. Even when the balloon on a stick came out we never got those – too boring.

We love balloons at our house, one of our traditions is to blow up as many balloons as your birthday number at your birthday and then we let them fall to the floor and just walk with them for a few days, then the birthday person gets to pop them or take them to their room! Silly I know, we love making memories though.
