Exercise while sitting in front of the computer

Will this stability or gym ball help a desperate one to who desires to achieve quick weight loss? Nah, I don’t think so. This stability ball will only help you get in shape while doing a 10-20 minute workout with it. I like this because it will help me exercise those abdominal, back and thigh muscles while sitting on it and trying to balance while in front of the computer. Yes, I’ve been using that as my computer chair before. But after we moved, I wasn’t able to take that out again. Maybe it’s high time that my stability ball will be put to good use so I’ll ask Ace to inflate it when he gets home.
