Ace’ first sky shot for the year. We spent new year’s eve and new year’s day at a beach resort in Samal Island particularly at Paradise Park and Beach Resort – an almost 5-minute boat ride from Davao City.

My first time to go up to the 10th floor of Marco Polo Hotel facing the Davao Gulf. It’s one fine day and the sky is clear. Perfect for landscape shoot with closed aperture.

It’s been ages since I took a sky shot! Thanks to my business trip to Cebu City last week that I got the chance to take photos of the sky and the clouds below the aircraft. How I wish I could touch the clouds and walk on it…seems so heavenly! The cloud formations are like cotton candies scattered in the vast sky.

Cloud formations as seen from the Cebu Pacific Aircraft bound to Cebu City last year. It’s a different feeling when you’re up there almost at the same level or looking down at the clouds.
