When living in an urbanized place, it is best to get a condo – for convenience. Though it is really pricey compared to getting a house and lot in the countryside, condo living is the trend now not only for convenience but for practicality. I mean practicality because condo owners don’t need to worry about maintenance cost. Besides, security is nothing to worry because condo buildings have their own security.

Though condo living is not the thing here in the city, little by little people are embracing that kind of living arrangement. There are already a number of condominium buildings in the city. The first was even sold out during its pre-selling period. That’s how people are welcoming the thought of living in the condominium even if the city is not yet highly urbanized, which means there are still lot of nice place conducive for city living.

I was looking at Austin condos earlier when the thought of condo living came to mind. I can’t see myself living in a condo too soon because we can’t afford one and we can’t live there with all our dogs so I brushed off that thought of trying out condo living for convenience. I love the designs of condos in Austin because it is a lot different from the high rise condo buildings in the country’s capital. I love what they simply call “community” are styled and designed. If condos in the city would be designed like those in Austin, maybe I’d be convinced to consider a condo living should we afford it in the future.

The Yoyo is classic. It is one game that has never grown old. It’s still fun to play yoyo even at my age. Over the years, people have created designs for the toy. I have seen them in different colors and sizes, too. Of course the shape remains the same… but people have also come up with a more fun way of playing it—it never ceases to amaze me, in fact. There’s even a yoyojam where yoyo players could show off their skills in playing the game. I am sure there will be yoyos with striking bright colors and those with lights that blink– It would be a great sight, for sure!
