Vintage bridal car in Intramuros, Manila

By Kerslyn On February 22nd, 2012

For three weeks in a row, I am posting wedding related photos for Wednesday Whites – straight out of the camera. I, nor my husband aren’t wedding photographers. It just so happened that we’ve been invited to weddings the past years. But this photo I am sharing is not taken from a wedding of a friend or relative.

White vintage bridal car with the Manila Cathedral in the background

We have no idea whose bridal car that is, hubby took a photo of it while we are riding a “kalesa” (horse-drawn carriage) touring around Intramuros, Manila last year. The vintage white car caught my attention and hubby was quick to aim the camera. It was a quick snapshot. No time for taking a good angle and recomposing the shot. But I like how part of the Manila Cathedral was captured in the background.

Missing the beach!

By Kerslyn On February 9th, 2012

Few months to go and it’s SUMMER! Can’t wait to go to the beach and spend a day or two there. As of now we have two scheduled beach trips on summer with colleagues and friends. But since we are missing the beach so much as our last trip was September last year, we are planning to hit the beach within this month.

Looking at this photo of my nephew’s rubber slippers taken in My Paradise Beach Resort last year makes me want to hit the cool beach water and play in the sand very soon! Can’t wait!

Eman's rubber slippers he just left on the sand and immediately hit the water during our trip to My Paradise Beach Resort in Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.

This is my entry for Red Hot Thursdays hosted by Mommy Arlene. Do check out her blog and join the fun!
