Visit Ilocos

By Kerslyn On September 3rd, 2011

Should I shift from my current career, I would want to consider one of Destination Manager Jobs because I love travelling! If I will be lucky to be one, Ilocos will be on top of my list of recommended travel destinations to travelers/tourists. Why? Because Ilocos has a lot of tourist destinations to offer.

The only wind farm in the country can be found in Bangui, Ilocos Norte.

One of the oldest Baroque Church that is listed in UNESCO World Heritage is found in Paoay, Ilocos Norte

The only cobblestoned street with preserved stone houses listed in the UNESCO world heritage is found in Calle Crisologo, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

Calle Crisologo is a stretch of stone houses that is listed as one of UNESCO's world heritage sites.

These are just some of the beautiful places to visit in Ilocos province. Seeing those in person is jaw-dropping and I would love to share that travel destination to others who loves to see places with rich history.

Daring me

By Kerslyn On August 19th, 2011

The older I got, the more daring I become.haha. I can’t dare to wear a one-piece swimsuit before, much more two-piece. But as my body is getting out of shape (read: I am getting fatter), I dared to wear two-piece at the beach!

I bought a black two-piece suit along with the paisley cover-up before the summer started. I am meaning to wear it during one of our trips to the beach a few months ago but I can’t dare to wear when with friends. I was able to wear it during our trip to Camiguin Island early this month. We went to the Vanishing Island and I was able to wear it without reservation!

One dare down, moving on to the next. But I can’t think of anything to do or wear next time. A cupless shelf bra perhaps? Let’s wait and see.
