Davao City’s land area is so vast with residential area stretching from tip to tip. There’s still a lot of land area to be developed as subdivisions so I think there’s no need for condo units. When the first condominium building was built last year (I think), I was like “who will get a an expensive unit in this part of the country?”. I was totally wrong. Before the building was finished, ALL units were sold. After that successful pre-selling of condo units, real estate companies took that opportunity to earn so condominium buildings are almost mushrooming (though there are only 4 buildings I know under construction so far) within the city. 5 little heads

As mentioned in my other blogs, it’s our first time at Baywalk (David’s Edge) yesterday. Another great place to relax and feel the sea breeze. People have choices here….the beach and the calm waters of the manmade lake. I really don’t know what it is. For me, it’s like a lake, or it can also be a pond. Anyway, my lens have caught this 5 little boys talking and looking at something in front of the calm water. Looks like adults who are having their “own” time.
