I was really sad that my 30-day trial in Lightroom has ended days ago. But hey, I still made a way to have it back again in my PC! Yay, so what kept me busy this afternoon is downloading presets then I tried playing with it using Ace’ latest photo that was taken yesterday during our lunch at our fave dim sum resto for our usual weekend dine out. After taking this photo, I commented on how he looks because I want him to smile but he insisted on posing for his trademark look. Aren’t those eyes so deceiving?

Yesterday we had the chance to watch Racing Line, an Autocross held at SM City Davao’s parking lot participated in by Suzuki and Yamaha racers. This is also the first time that Ace was able to shoot in this kind of activity so he wasn’t really familiar with panning. He was complaining it is hard to get a panning shot! So after numerous tries, he got a decent one. I couldn’t believe I did enjoy watching the motorcycle racing though I was really afraid of the possible accident that the racers would get into.

At 08:30PM last Saturday, I was still in the hospital (because my sister gave birth) waiting for a ride. So I am late for the EARTH hour for almost 15 minutes but I still did made it! I actually wasn’t able to prepare for it. Glad there’s still some candles in the “candle plate” that I used during last year’s Christmas celebration. ‘Twas fun shooting with slow shutter.

We had buffet breakfast at Probinsya as supposed to be birthday treat of MIL to Ace but the latter insisted on paying the bill for it. Anyway, here’s some of Filipino breakfast favorite…. pork and beans, crispy-fried “dilis”, salted egg with fresh tomatoes and cucumber, scrambled egg, chorizo and eggplant omelet. Opps, that’s not my plate…that’s Ace’.

I love Christmas ornaments so I keep on taking photos of it. I love the festive mood it creates and how it changes everyone’s mood upon seeing beautiful decors. When I first saw lanterns like this, I wanted to have one but I don’t know where to put it so I am just contented on taking photos of it. I think this could also be an improvised night lamp if I hang it in the ceiling. What do you think?

We attended a birthday party last Saturday. We’re a bit early among the rest so we had all the time to take photos of the place including the details. Water goblets are adorned with folded table napkin and I find the color so beautiful. I just don’t know if it is appropriate for a child’s party.

We’re not celebrating Christmas but since PILs do celebrate it, we bought some decors (just balls and lights) last year. This year, I will be using it again to decorate the house. I dug it in the box yesterday where Che2x kept it and will be putting it in place this afternoon after taking a nap.

Half of the weekend was spent out. We checked out a Christmas Bazaar and I was expecting I could see beautiful handcrafted products and homemade goodies ideal for gifts during the holidays. These beautiful decorative candles caught my attention.

These candles would make a nice gift items for loved ones on Christmas (for those who are celebrating it). It’s a product of Candle Delight Davao.
