Life In A Snapshot

Yey! I’m already writing…little by little. But this has to be proofread by my betterhalf. She said I am better in speaking than in writing while she’s the opposite. So to practice my writing skills (if I may call it a skill), I’m given few assignments since we both own this blog. Lyn may have mentioned that we are moving and I know she’s so happy about it but not totally 100% because of some issues that I know she cannot directly say in front of me. Last night, she showed me the list of things that we need to bring and we need to buy for our apartment. It’s a long list and I bet we need a few hundred bucks to complete everything she wanted to have at home. Since the list is too long and it’s impossible for us to get everything before the most awaited move, she has to do her “laundry list”. She calls it laundry list when she omits not-so-important things from the list and what remained are mostly kitchen items. Now she’s starting to “draw” what her kitchen should look like. For her, the kitchen is the most important part of the house. She used to do it at work before…not only the laundry list but the more complicated comparative analysis everytime she benchmarks on something such as security agency, manpower agency, health insurance quotes, company activity’s venue, etc. Anyway, I haven’t seen the final list yet but one thing’s for sure….the list will include of mostly kitchen items. That’s how obsessed she is in having complete kitchenwares, cookwares, flatwares, even the kitchen towels.
