Roses are Red

Here’s another photo I took of the roses Ace gave for my birthday. Actually, it’s my choice….not his.LOL. I love roses so much that I usually tease him “when will I receive a bunch of roses?”. He will then reply “we’ll buy but you’ll be the one to choose because you might not want my choice”. Hahaha…not a surprise anymore. For the roses alone, it took me more than a couple of hours getting snaps of it. Really, this hobby is so addicting.

    Boy, isn’t it addicting, though? But if you’re going to have an addiction, it’s a pretty good one. Your hours of effort were worth it. These are beautiful shots. How nice to know you will get roses at least once a year – even if you do have to ask for them.. I’m guessing you’d get them anyway.

    Used to be, we would hang the roses upside down to preserve them by drying them out. Now we only need to take a photograph!
