Scenic Sunday: Bago Beach Resort, Davao City
By Kerslyn On April 5th, 2009It’s summer! It means BEACH time here in the tropics. We have different kinds of beaches over here…the ones with white sands, with pebbles, and the usual gray sand. This was taken at Bago Beach Resort, Davao City.
Plans for this summer includes an overnight stay at one of the resorts in Samal Island (Island Garden City of Samal) while the Catholic world will be celebrating lent. So we, the non-Catholic believers will have a great time at the beach by then so I was busy looking for the contact numbers of the chosen resorts. I do have in mind Chema’s by the Sea but accommodation is way too expensive so I preferred Costa Marina or Blue Waters. Overnight rates are really expensive but I am sure it’s worth it so I won’t mind spending a few bucks. How I wish there’s also free hotel night if not free resort night over here in this side of the planet so we could stay there for two nights. Yay! I am already excited. I am crossing my fingers that there would still be availabe cottage when I call the resort for reservation tomorrow.

You did a great job taking this photo! It’s beautiful!
Beautiful, what I would do to take a walk there. Great photo.
I could use some beach time too, even if the weather is not warm yet. The problem here is that even during the summer time, the water is cold, not enjoyable.
What a beautiful spot!
Are there any sea shells on this beach?
