“Back to the grind! Ace didn’t have holiday break and he’s working even during our quick getaway and during our family trip to celebrate new year in Isla Reta. But it’s a different thing when working in his own work station at home. “

Ace celebrated his three decades and three years of existence on the 17th. No birthday bash for the celebrator but we had dinner with my sister, BIL and their kids at Ranchero’s Grill. MIL is not feeling well that day so she weren’t able to join us, while FIL is in a business trip. We’re not planning for anything actually as we need to save for our trip, but I felt so guilty for not giving Ace a birthday treat so I told him we will have dinner at Ranchero. We had a feast. Well, at least for me it is. We had our favorite Baby back ribs, Ace’ all-time fave Sizzling Sisig, Chopsuey, and mixed seafood soup. I’m supposed to be on a diet, right? But excuse me for pigging out because it’s dear Ace’ birthday! I’ll just look for a good product to help me lose  some belly fats at a fat burner forum when I have the time.

Coke is it!

Ace said he’ll skip drinking coke. I told him he’s advised to go on high-fiber diet but not on no-soda diet!LOL. He needs to be conscious on what he eats especially those fatty foods and fried foods because of his high level of fatty acid in his blood. He’s not asked to undergo treatment for high cholesterol though because triglyceride and cholesterol are two different things (though they seem to be relative.LOL). I need coke to be running in my veins every now and then so if Ace would skip drinking it, it will mean I would also be weaned because we will not be having coke during mealtime here at home or anywhere else. Poor me!hahahaha
