Cutie Kiaw-Kiaw! Hubby loves making fun of our pets most especially Kiawkiaw who stays inside the house and sleeps most of the time in our bed or in my lap. The cat was in deep sleep beside the headphone and hubby’s iPod classic one time. The mischievous Ace made fun of Kiawkiaw that he put the headphone in his head and moved the ipod between the cat’s paws. After more than a couple of minutes, Kiawkiaw woke up and Ace got his ipod immediately for the cat might scratch it. The ipod has no protective case so he must be very careful with it. He was looking for a case before but the stores we went to only have ipod nano case. Just eager to buy a case before but after a few months, he totally forgot to get a protective case for his ipod from his sister.

Our cat sleeps like a human! One hand covering part of the eyes is my late mother’s fave sleeping position…and sometimes, mine too…and my sister’s kids sleeps like that too! It runs in the blood?hahaha

Our dog Maya gave birth last Monday. We only noticed she’s pregnant 3 weeks ago because we thought she’s just gaining weight. I think she’s old to have her first pregnancy but anyhow we are happy that she and Puto (our other dog who is younger than her) has produced offsprings. Since we have no idea when did Maya conceived, we also don’t know when she’ll be giving birth so we are asking her everyday when she’ll give birth (as if the dog can talk!hahaha).
The day Maya gave birth, I am so glad Ace was here. He didn’t report for work due to slight fever hence he kept an eye while Maya is giving birth. Maya gave birth to 5 puppies, 3 of those are dead upon birth and 1 died couple of hours after. It was so disheartening! However, we are still happy that one survived. Now we need to keep an eye on the puppy so it will survive. My workmate said the puppy needs to survive the critical 2 months so we’re hoping the puppy could surpass that critical months. This is our first time to have a newborn puppy so we need some info about taking care of our survivor puppy and the things that we need to know should there will be problems with its health. I am just glad I bumped into Petmeds – a pet blog full of helpful info about dogs and cats. Oh well, this is also helpful for Kiaw-Kiaw (our cat).
