Weight loss due to lack of sleep

The secret? Not diet, not exercise but sleeping late!LOL. If others gain weight because of staying up late, it’s the opposite with me. The reason? I don’t usually eat after dinner but if I eat, I don’t take in that much food. Since we sleep late, we wake up late too so we usually have 2 meals instead of three. And when I lack sleep, my appetite is also affected. Hence, the weight loss over the past weeks….so no need to worry about changing wardrobe again nor looking for plus sized prom dresses because of weight gain.
